For the cream:
|
300
g biscuits
|
400
g fresh cream cheese
|
100
g melted butter
|
250
g whipped cream
|
6-10
tbsp milk

400
g quark
|
90
g icing sugar
|
|
1
package gelatin (7g)
|
|
juice
from 3 limes

Crust:
Crumble the biscuits. Mix the crumbled biscuits with the melted butter. Add the milk. Press into the bottom of a spring-form pan. Put the spring-form in the refrigerator (leave it there until you make the cream).
Cream:
Put the gelatine in cold water (100 ml or according to package instructions) and let it swell for 10 min.
Mix the cream cheese with the sugar.
Mix the whip cream until it gets stiff. Caution: The cream shouldn't be at room temperature, otherwise you will get butter. Add the cream to the cream cheese-sugar mixture and stir.
Add the juice from the limes and stir well.
Heat the gelatine on bain-marie. Caution: Do not boil the gelatine!
Slowly add the gelatin to the cheese-cream and mix well. Pour ½ of the cream in another pot and add some green food colour to it. Mix well.

Pour the first part of the cream over the crust and then add the green one.
And now I tell you something. I've baked this cake as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, the celebrated person has never seen the cake…because…it has fallen on the floor…so the beautiful, delicious cake wandered into the dustbin. I was so upset. Good that I took before 2 photos of the cake. Did something similar also happen to you? I find this so annoying.
