Hi! I prepared today's recipe for my guests. The reason was my birthday (which was a few months ago). I can only say that the stuffed bread baskets were very well received. The recipe is quite simple; you just have to have a little patience. But if I did that, then I have no doubt that you can do it...I must admit that patience is not one of my strengths.
But now let get back to the recipe!
We need:
For
the baskets:
toast
butter
For
the filling:
cream
cheese
2
tbsp sour cream
smoked
salmonHow we proceed:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Remove toast edge.
Put the toast between 2 pieces of cling film.
"Stretch" sliced bread with a rolling pin (until it is thin).
Cut with a form or a cup circles from the bread.
Grease a muffin tin with butter and place the bread in it.
Give the whole for 10-20 minutes in the oven until the bread is brown and crispy (the baking time depends on the type of bread that you use). Allow to cool.
In the meantime, the filling is prepared. Mix the cream cheese with sour cream.
Fill the baskets with the mixture and decorate with salmon.
Enjoy.
