Hello you! Today I have for you a simple but delicious chicken recipe. All know that chicken tastes a little stale, but not this dish. The combination of beer and raisins gives the meat a sweet flavor.
We need:
chicken
legs

l dark beer

g raisins
200
g mushrooms
How do we proceed:
First of all, preheat the oven to 200°C degrees
Wash and dry chicken legs, cut in half and (if they are too big)
Grease a baking dish with a little sunflower oil and place the legs in it.
Wash and dry the mushrooms and cut into slices.
Fry mushrooms in some oil.
Spread the raisins and the mushrooms between and on the chicken legs.
Pour in the beer.
Cook for 60 - 80 minutes. Turn the chicken legs frequently.
Arrange on plates and serve with mashed potatoes and salad.
