Good morning my dear readers! What do you say if we start the day with a delicious, healthy drink?



We need:


150 g yogurt
1 ripe mango
1 ripe banana
5 juicy oranges

How do we proceed:
Cut oranges in half and squeeze.



Peel the mango, core and dice the flesh coarsely.

Peel the banana and cut into large pieces.

Puree banana, mango, orange juice and yogurt.



Fill in glasses and serve.
