Hello you! Last week I went shopping and I saw the chocolates set from „Karin Ides - Express chocolates”. The set includes a recipe book and 2 silicone molds. After thinking a bit, I bought it and this weekend I tried two recipes from the book. Today I present to you the orange lavender chocolates recipe.
For
the chocolates:
40
g candied orange peel
250
g white chocolate
2
tsp vegetable oil
1
tbsp orange liqueur
1-2
drops lavender oil (from the pharmacy)
For
garnish:
candied
orange peel
1
tsp lavender oil
How do we proceed:
Cut very fine the candied orange peel.
Chop chocolate and place in a pot / bowl. Put 1-2 pieces aside. Melt chocolate over bain-marie.
Stir in orange peel is. Stir in vegetable oil, orange liqueur and lavender oil.
Using a teaspoon, fill the orange chocolate into the silicone molds. From time to time knock the molds on the work counter, so that the surface smooth.
Press the chocolates from the silicone mold. Melt the remaining 1-2 pieces of chocolate over hot water. Use a brush or toothpick to apply some chocolate on the pralines, and garnish with and garnish with candied orange peel and lavender flowers.
The chocolates are ready to serve.
How do you like them? Do you know other great chocolate recipes?
