Hi there. Today I show you a very delicious dessert recipe. I have here for you a very tasty orange-coconut cream. You have to try it!
We
need:
350
ml coconut milk
100
ml cream
80
ml fresh orange juice
4
egg yolks
3
tbsp coconut flakes
How do we peoceed:
Preheat oven to 180°C degrees.
Put coconut milk and cream into a pan and heat over low flame (careful, do not boil!)
Beat egg yolks with sugar until fluffy.
Add warm coconut milk and orange juice and stir.
Strain crème and fill in forms. Put the forms into a baking dish or in the pan of the oven. Pour boiling water into the pan, so that the water level is halfway up the sides of the forms. Give for 35 minutes in the oven.
Let the crème cool at room temperature and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle with coconut flakes.
