Hello you! Because vanilla sugar is used in many recipes, I thought to make my own vanilla sugar instead of buying it. For that conventional white sugar and vanilla bean is used.
We need:

g sugar

vanilla bean
How do we proceed:
Cut open vanilla bean lengthwise with a sharp knife and scrape vanilla seeds.

Mix the vanilla mix with 2-3 tablespoons sugar and place in a clean glass.
Give the vanilla bean in the glass, add the remaining sugar and mix well.
Seal the jar tightly. Let it infuse for a couple of days, until the flavor has spread.
Use as any other vanilla sugar. It may be that the sugar gets a little hard over the time but simply shake the jar a little, then it fits again.
