Baguette with ham, gorgonzola and caramelized pears


Good morning! If you're wondering what to eat for breakfast today, then I have a tip for you: baguette with ham, gorgonzola and pears. I only can say: delicious.

But now I have to go, or I will be to late to my first blogger meeting.

We need:

½ baguette
butter
salad
3-4 slices ham
gorgonzola
½ Pear
50 g sugar
50 ml water

How do we proceed:

Wash and peel pear, remove core and cut into wedges.

Give the sugar in a pan and caramelize. Add the pears and dredge in the sugar. Add 50 ml of water and simmer for one minute. Remove pears from the pan and let cool.


Cut the baguette in half and butter both sides.


Spread salad on the lower side. I used rocket salad, but you can use every salad. Spread ham on the salad. Put Gorgonzola on the ham. At the add the pear slices.


Cover with the top of the baguette and serve.
