Hello! How are you? What do you say about a sorbet recipe. I know, I know ... it's not really hot out there to enjoy an ice cream or sorbet, but I'm sure that spring will arrive soon. And a delicious sorbet can also be enjoyed in winter, right?

ml (freshly squeezed) grapefruit juice

tbsp lemon juice

ml white wine

ml Cinzano/ Campari/ Aperol
2 egg whites
How do we proceed:
- Give sugar and water into a pot and simmer over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from the heat and let cool.
- Sieve grapefruit and lemon juice. Mix with the white wine, Cinzano and the sugar syrup.
- Beat 2 egg whites until half stiff. Stir with a whisk in the wine-juice mixture.
- Fill in a suitable container and freeze for at least 3 hours (uncovered). From time to time stir with a whisk or a fork so that no ice crystals form.
