Rhubarb lemonade



Good morning. When I baked the rhubarb cake I didn't use all the rhubarb so I've decided to prepare a delicious rhubarb lemonade. It is done very fast; it is very easy and tastes very refreshing. You need to try it also!


We need:


400 g rhubarb
juice from 1 lime
120 g sugar


How it’s done:


Wash, clean and cut rhubarb into small pieces.

Add rhubarb, lime juice, sugar and 600 ml water in a pot and bring to boil. Simmer for about 15 minutes over medium heat.




Remove from the stove, let it cool a bit, pass through a sieve or cloth, squeeze the juice and collect it.
Let cool completely and serve.
