Mummy cookies

Hello my dears! Halloween is drawing near and I have decided to show you a few ideas for this occasion. If I really show you everything I planned is another matter. Today I make the first step and show you the mummy cookies. I'm not very good at decorating, so I 'm sure that your will look much better than mine :)

You need:

175 g flour
150 g dark chocolate
150 g soft butter
125 g brown sugar
1 Egg
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp backing powder
1 tsp cacao
1 pinch of salt
colorful chocolate beans
125 g icing sugar
1 egg white

ingredients

This is how we proceed:

Preheat oven to 175 degrees.

Chop chocolate and melt half of it over hot water bath.

Mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and 1 pinch of salt until creamy.

Add the egg.

Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa and sift to the dough.

Stir in the melted chocolate and fold in the chopped chocolate.

Drop about 1 tbsp of dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Leave some space between the dough. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool. Repeat until the whole dough is used up.

Glue 2 chocolate beans with some melted chocolate on the cookies as eyes, then draw with melted chocolate pupils on the lenses.
