do not know how it was in the rest of the country / world, but the last 2 weeks
we had in Vienna
beautiful autumn weather with temperatures up to 20 degrees. Not every day, but
last weekend it was like that. And before the temperatures go down, I granted
myself a summery cocktail.
You need:
200
ml coconut milk
150
ml yogurt
100
ml pineapple juice
100
ml Vodka
150
g pineapple
3-4
tbsp icing sugar
juice
from 1 lime
ice
cubes
This is how it’s done:
Put
all ingredients into a mixing glass and blend for 10 seconds. Pour the drink in
glasses and serve.
Very fast, very easy and very tasty. What more could one wish for?
