This
recipe for Oreo chocolate bundt cake is now waiting for over a year to be
published. And before it waits another year, it is time to share it with you. I
discovered this recipe on the blog thermomixforbeginners.blogspot.de (in the
meantime the blog was closed). As the demand for this recipe was so great, Inga
was so nice and had posted the recipe for those who do not have a Thermomix.
And today I share this super tasty recipe with you.

For the dough mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Fill the boiling water in a heat resistant bowl. Add 10 tbsp of cocoa powder and stir well. Add the mince the chocolate, and stir until completely melted. Add the buttermilk and mix well. Stir in melted butter and sugar.
In a second bowl, beat the eggs fluffy. Add vanilla sugar and mix well. Fold alternately the eggs and the flour mixture into the dough until smooth.
For the filling, crumble the Oreo cookies.
Add the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour in a bowl and mix well. Add mascarpone and continue stirring. Fold in the cookie crumbles. Give for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 180°C degrees.
Grease and flour a bundt cake form. Pour 2/3 of the dough into the form. Add the filling into a piping bag and splash around in the middle of the dough. Pour the remaining batter.
Bake cake for 50-60 minutes. Let the Bundt cake cool in the mold, then place on a plate.
