Hello my dear readers! After all the Halloween recipes, it is time that I show you something else again. I really enjoyed thinking what to cook for this occasion but now that Halloween is over it's time to have something decent to eat. Therefore, today I have again a meat dish for you. Yes, you read that right - today, we have meat and to be more precise we have spicy pork with sesame seeds.
You need:
700 g pork
5 garlic cloves
3 spring onions
1 big onion
1 chilli
1tbsp red curry paste
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
tbsp sesame/ groundnut or
sunflower oil
½ tsp ginger powder
sesame seeds
salt
pepper
This
is how we proceed:
Put
the soy sauce, curry paste, sugar, ginger powder and pressed garlic in a bowl
and mix well.
Remove
the fat from the meat, cut into 3 cm long strips and fry it in a wok (a pan
works too) from each side until brown. Season with salt and pepper. Add the oil
and stir everything well.
Cut onion into strips. Cut spring onion into 3-4 cm long pieces. Add the onions to the meat and continue to fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the chili.
Add the sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Stir everything well.
Arrange on plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
I hope you like today’s recipe.
