and happy New Year. After all the heavy food we have taken to us over the
holidays, it is now the time to eat healthier. We do want to keep our bikini
figure, right? Therefore, I will show you a few healthy, low calorie dishes in
the future. We begin with today's court - goat cheese with pomegranate. I know
that not everyone likes goat cheese, but I really like the combination of goat
cheese and pomegranate.
For 4 servings you need:
200
g round goat chees
seeds
from ½ pomegranate
1
handful of arugula
2-3
tbsp olive oil
This is how we proceed:
- Wash arugula and place on the plates.
- Grill goat cheese for 1 minute on each side and place on arugula.
- Spread pomegranate seeds over the arugula and drizzle with olive oil.
And that's it. Is very simple, very fast, it is healthy and tastes great.
