Hello my dears. Did you noticed? I’ve changed the blog design again. How do you like it? But now we continue with the low calorie recipes. Today we have a mango salad with ginger dressing. Again a simple, quick and delicious recipe
For 2 servings you need:
For the salad:

g brie cheese

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp olive oil

handful baby spinach

tsp sugar

g sun-dried tomatoes

pinch of salt

small red onion

cm of fresh ginger, finely grated (or 1 tsp ginger powder)

handful of peanuts

This is how we proceed:
Peel, core and dice the mango. Peel the onion and slice strips. Wash and dry spinach.
For the dressing, whisk together all ingredients. The sugar and salt should be completely dissolved.
Mix the salad ingredients with the dressing and transfer to plates. Add Brie and peanuts and serve.
