This
winter I often have drank a chai latte. And before finally spring comes, I
wanted to share the recipe with you. I discovered chai latte last year, and
although I don’t like nor tea or milk, this drink tasted very good. So I
decided to make it at home.
Ladyfingers-Mascarpone layer dessert in glass
Monday, February 24, 2014
What
do you do when you have different ingredients in the fridge, but not enough for
baking a cake? I asked this question myself after I saw that I had some milk,
250 g mascarpone cheese, some yogurt, a couple of black cherries and one opened
package of ladyfingers. The ingredients were not enough to bake a cake. So I
had to improvise. And so this dessert was created.
Tarte flambée with onions, pears and gorgonzola
Thursday, February 20, 2014
I wanted to bake a tarte flambée for some time now, but I did not have time until last weekend. Every time I wanted to bake one, something else came up...either I changed my cooking plans, or I had purchased something else, that had to be cooked immediately. And so the time passed by. But last weekend it finally happened...I bought the necessary ingredients in time and nothing else could make me change my mind. So I finally cooked the tarte. And I do not regret it...the variant I’ve chosen tastes so great that I even took one slice with me to eat at lunch at work (in 99% of cases I eat at the canteen).
Beetroot soup
Monday, February 17, 2014
2 weeks ago I went out eating and I've ordered a delicious hummus and lentils spread. My companion had chosen a beetroot soup. I had the opportunity to taste the soup and was thrilled. When the weekend came, it was clear to me what I will cook: beetroot soup. So I searched on the internet for a suitable recipe, found one (on lecker.de ) and then I adapted it a bit. And this came out :
Romanian donuts
Thursday, February 13, 2014
Some time ago I have seen a recipe for Romanian donuts (gogoşi) in a forum or a facebook group and childhood memories were awakened. I must confess I haven’t eaten these donuts for over 10 years...if not much, much longer. That had of course to change, and therefore I baked them last weekend. The recipe is really simple...the only thing that bothers me are the long waiting times between the different stages. Nevertheless, I will certainly bake them again…or I will search for a recipe where the dough does not need to rest so long. And because the V-Day is coming up, I made heart-shaped donuts and not only round ones.
Chocolates with amarena cherries
Monday, February 10, 2014
In a few days it’s Valentine's Day and although I do not like this day and also do not celebrate, I have for you a gift idea for your loved one. I think homemade gifts are much nicer than bought ones , so I show you today a chocolate recipe with black cherries . Is very simple, very fast, so it is also suitable for a last minute gift.
Tuna steak in sesame crust
Thursday, February 6, 2014
You have certainly already noticed that I hardly eat meat . And that I 'm not a fish fan should also not be a secret...there are no fish recipes on the blog. But I 'm not a vegetarian... I could not give up on meat completely.
Orange cake

LaGusterina
started last year a blog event - she sent a cookbook on a trip. The idea behind
the event is that 55 bloggers cook in 110 weeks 110 recipes from this book.
Every blogger has two weeks time to pick out two recipes from the cookbook and
to cook them. I found the idea so great that I also wanted to participate.
