What
do you do when you have different ingredients in the fridge, but not enough for
baking a cake? I asked this question myself after I saw that I had some milk,
250 g mascarpone cheese, some yogurt, a couple of black cherries and one opened
package of ladyfingers. The ingredients were not enough to bake a cake. So I
had to improvise. And so this dessert was created.
For 2 glasses we need:
250
g mascarpone
50
ml milk
100
g yogurt
6
ladyfingers
2-3
tbsp icing suguar
1
tsp vanilla extract
amarena
cherries
This is how we proceed:
The
preparation is very simple. Place mascarpone, yogurt, vanilla extract and
powdered sugar in a bowl and mix everything well.
Heat
the milk, halve the ladyfingers and soak them in it. Add 1-2 in glasses. Pour a
layer of mascarpone-yogurt cream and then spread the cherries over the cream.
Continue with another layer of ladyfingers, cream and cherries. Garnish with a
mint leaves and serve.
