Actually, I wanted to share with you this recipe a year ago. But I was not satisfied with the photos I have taken at that time and so this recipe ended in my "to re-cook because of the bad photos" Folder. Yes , you read it correctly...I have such a folder. As I looked at these folders, I discovered this salad...and promptly decided to prepare it. And because I like the photos the recipe made it on the blog.
For 4 servings you
need:

g rocket salad
50
g blue cheese, crumbled
½
apple, cut into small cubes
10
cherry tomatoes, halved
walnuts,
coarsely chopped
3
tbsp balsamic vinegar
This is how you
proceed:
Wash,
dry and place rocket salad in a bowl. Add cherry tomatoes, apple, cheese and
walnuts. Add oil and balsamic vinegar and mix everything well.
Arrange on plates and serve. Very simple, isn’t it?
