Friday, May 15, 2015
Can
you believe that we are already in May? I can’t believe it. Sometimes I have
the feeling that time passes very quickly. Yesterday everything was so gray and
now everything is green. The air smells like fresh flowers and we find again
elder flowers. Last year, I showed you how to make elderflower syrup. And now I will show you what you can bake with it: an
elderflower syrup bundt cake.

And I like to eat salmon too...especially the smoked one. When I read the recipe for this cream, I thought that it must be a very tasty spread. And I was right. If you do not believe me, then you have to convince yourself. Therefore, here is the recipe.

Bagels
Thursday, May 7, 2015
I do not know what about you, but I love bagels. Bagels established also here as an American snacks, but actually they do not originate from the US. In fact they have a European-Jewish origin. The bagel was created in the 17th century and was brought by Jewish immigrants to America in the 19th century. Since then, the bagel is regarded a typical American sandwich. As I said, I love bagels. Unfortunately I do not know where to buy bagels. But I can help myself, because the bagel is not that hard to bake. And because I think that you might also like bagels, I will now share the basic recipe with you.
Blog break
My dear readers I will in holiday the next 2 weeks, so nothing will happen on the blog. But after my holiday I will be back with many recipes….so stay tuned!
