My dear readers, today I present to you an easy recipe for crostini with salmon and avocado cream. Last week-end I asked you on my Facebook page which recipe I should publish next and you voted for the crostini. As you have already noticed, I love avocado. And I like to eat salmon too...especially the smoked one. When I read the recipe for this cream, I thought that it must be a very tasty spread. And I was right. If you do not believe me, then you have to convince yourself. Therefore, here is the recipe.
You need:
100
g smoked salmon
150g
Greek yoghurt
1
apple (I used Granny Smith)
1
ripe avocado
2
tbsp lemon juice
salt
pepper
baguette
This is how you
proceed:
- Cut salmon in small pieces.
- Dice finely apple and avocado and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
- Mix salmon, yogurt, apple and avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper.
