beverage recipes, especially the smoothies. But I like to drink smoothies, so
I'll always share the recipes with you. Just as today. Whether you want it or
not, today I have an apple-pear- banana smoothie recipe for you.
You need:

apple
2
pears
2
bananas
100-150
ml water
This is how we
proceed:
Wash
apple and pears, remove core and cut into pieces. Peel banana and add together
with the apple and pears in a blender. Add the water and mix. The smoothie can
be served.
