I must confess to you that I have been wondering whether to post this recipe or not. It's such a simple recipe but so tasty and refreshing. I thought that all must know this summer salad. I know it only since last summer, so I've decided to share the melon feta salad recipe with you, because it may be that you do not know it.
You need:
watermelon
Feta
cheese
fresh
mint
1
tbsp olive oil
This is how we proceed:
Cut watermelon and feta into bite-size pieces and place on a plate. Chop mint finely and spread over them. Drizzle one tablespoon olive oil, mix everything together and serve. As I said...so simple but so delicious.
