Some time ago, I shared with you the basic recipe for bagels. And now I will show you an example of what I prepare with them. I often take bagels instead of buns and make sandwiches. Today I show you how I prepare the bagel with salmon.
You need:
bagels
cream
cheese
salad
salmon
tomatoes
mozzarella
This is how we proceed:
Halve Bagel and spread with cream cheese. Wash the salad, dry it and spread on the bagel. Spread salmon, sliced tomatoes and mozzarella on it. Place the other half of the bagel on top and you are ready to serve the bagel with salmon. It`s fast, easy and very tasty.
