This is for sure familiar for every one of you. And then I always ask myself what I can do with them. From the carrots I made this delicious dip.
In a pan heat the oil and roast the finely chopped garlic and the cumin over medium heat. Set aside.

When the carrots are tender, put all the ingredients in a blender and puree. Season with salt and pepper. The dip can be served now.
