Tuesday was the hottest day of the year. And while many were working, I had a day off and I spent at the pool and in the sun. Because it was so warm, I only eat ice. And drank a refreshing, cooling watermelon lemonade. And since more hot days will surely follow, I share the recipe with you today.
You need:
1,5
kg watermelon
juice
from 2 lemons
sparkling
water
mint
ice
cubes
This is how you
proceed:
Cut
the melon flesh into small pieces. Add them together with the lemon juice into
the blender and puree. Pour the puree into glasses and top with cold mineral
water. Add mint, lemon wedges and ice cubes and serve.
