Penne with salami-mozzarella-sugo

My dears, today I have again a pasta recipe for you, namely penne with salami-mozzarella-sugo. When I first saw the recipe, I knew I had to cook it. And I was right, the penne taste delicious. I know that I will cook them often from now on.


You need:


300 g penne
100 g salami
1 red onion
10 black olives
250 g sieved tomatoes
salt
1 pinch chili powder
1 tbsp dried basil
125 g mozzarella
fresh basil

Servings: 4


This is how we proceed:



  1. In a pot with salted boil penne until al dente then drain the water.
  2. While the penne cook, cut salami and olives small. Peel onion and dice.
  3. In a pan heat 3 tbsp of oil and sauté salami, and olives onions.
  4. Add penne and sieved tomatoes and stir.
  5. Season with salt, chili powder and basil.
  6. Cut mozzarella into small cubes and fold in.

Arrange on plates and garnish with fresh basil.
