My dears, today I have again a pasta recipe for you, namely penne with salami-mozzarella-sugo. When I first saw the recipe, I knew I had to cook it. And I was right, the penne taste delicious. I know that I will cook them often from now on.
You need:

g penne

g salami

red onion

black olives

g sieved tomatoes

g mozzarella

This is how we proceed:
- In a pot with salted boil penne until al dente then drain the water.
- While the penne cook, cut salami and olives small. Peel onion and dice.
- In a pan heat 3 tbsp of oil and sauté salami, and olives onions.
- Add penne and sieved tomatoes and stir.
- Season with salt, chili powder and basil.
- Cut mozzarella into small cubes and fold in.
Arrange on plates and garnish with fresh basil.
