Thursday I had a day off to take care of some personal belongings, so I had time to cook something in the afternoon. During the week I almost never cook. I cook only on weekends...and this not always. I wanted to cook something delicious, but at always it should be quick. So I decided for Mac and Cheese. Mac and Cheese is a pasta dish which is popular especially in North America and the UK. For Mac and Cheese noodles are mixed with a cheese sauce and usually baked with grated cheese in the oven. Sounds simple? It is. Here is the recipe.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and then add the flour. Allow the flour and butter to cook until light and foamy, about 1 minute, whisking constantly.
