2 years ago I showed you an eggnog recipe. But as one of the ingredients is condensed milk, which cannot be found always and everywhere, I decided to try another recipe this year. It is just as easy to make and tastes just as good as the other one. The only difference is that you can find all the ingredients in any supermarket. You don’t believe me? Here's the proof:
Give yolks with icing sugar and the vanilla seeds in a large bowl and beat for about 5 minutes until fluffy. Add the milk and whipped cream and stir briefly with a whisk. Add vodka and stir. Fill eggnog into sterilized bottles and keep in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
