I wanted to bake this tart the first time 2 years ago Then again last year. But the rhubarb season is so short and somehow I didn’t make it. When I saw this year the rhubarb, I immediately bought the ingredients for the tart. As you can see, I'm working again with purchased short pastry. I cannot prepare the short pastry. One has to admit when he cannot do something...this is my case…and this although I have tried many recipes. I'm glad that I can buy it (though I not a fan of finished products). For the filling: it tastes much like ricotta. If you are not a fan of this cheese, then you can use quark or cream cheese...I would use the cream cheese. I'm glad that I baked the rhubarb tart ...because it tastes really very good (had expected nothing less).

Spring finally arrived when the asparagus has season. And how can you celebrate the beginning of the spring better than with a delicious asparagus risotto recipe? I am very pleased that I finally found asparagus to buy. Well, I've seen it 2-3 weeks in supermarkets, but I haven’t purchased it as it was not regional. Now you can find the Austrian asparagus everywhere so I cooked asparagus risotto. The recipe can be found in the book "The ultimate vegetarian Collection" by Alison Host & Simon Host. I received the book as a gift 3 or 4 years ago and was brought from New Zealand.

is said that burgers are unhealthy. Burgers are considered junk food. I do not
agree with this. Of course it is not healthy to eat every day a burger, but
from time to time it is not a problem. I like burgers...whether from large,
well-known restaurant chains or specialized burger shop. But my favorite
burgers are the ones I do myself. I recently even bought a burger recipe book.
I even wanted to try a recipe from it, have then decided to create my own
burger. So this delicious vegetarian mushroom burger was created.

I must confess that so far I have always trough away the leaves from the radishes. Until recently I had no idea that you could use them for making a soup. That changed when I was with my friend and she told me that she wanted to cook this soup. I was quite skeptical, but she said that the radish leaf soup tastes very good. When I bought radishes, I decided to try the soup. Said and done. And yes...the soup tastes really good...who would have thought. So, next time do not throw away the leaves, but try this soup.

During the week my breakfast usually consists of overnight oats or a yogurt. But that can get boring in the long run. Therefore, I usually enrich the yogurt with honey, nuts or cereals. Unfortunately, the bought cereals contain so much sugar that there are not as healthy as we think. When I finished my cereals, I made my own ones instead of buying them. With oatmeal, various nuts and goji berries. All ingredients I had in the house. And immediately try with yogurt...my homemade granola is awesome...I will now no longer buy cereals. Since I didn’t use honey this granola recipe is also suitable for vegans.

It seems that I never learn it. What I'm talking about? I bought again too many bananas and they got too ripe to eat. Actually I like the bananas when they are raw. If they are ripe then I cannot eat them. The last time I had ripe bananas I made banana milk. Now I had again a few at home, so I had to make something with them. And so I remembered that I've been dying to bake banana bread. So this is what I made.

Over Christmas I was at home in Romania and I have often watched cooking shows. And in a cooking show, I then saw the recipe for chicken tikka masala. I wrote it down as I wanted to cook it soon. And that happened. Shortly after New Year I went shopping for the ingredients because I wanted to cook this recipe. Unfortunately, at the supermarket near me there was no more chicken breast. But I did not want to wait a few days...so I bought turkey breast. So instead of cooking chicken tikka masala I cooked turkey tikka masala. And now ... three months later...the recipe is online.
