you know Hugo? No? This has to change. Now you wonder who Hugo is. No, I'm
talking about an actor, cooking chef or a singer. I speak here of the South Tyrolean appetizer – a light, fizzy and above all
tasty drink. And to not forget...it is easy to prepare at home.
We need:
150
ml Prosecco/ Champagne
100
ml mineral water with gas
20
ml elderflower syrup
mint
½
lime cut into cubes/ slices
ice
cubes
How to do it:
Add prosecco, mineral water and elderflower syrup in a pitcher. Add mint leaves, lime and ice cubes. And our Hugo is ready.
What you have to do now? Just enjoy it.
