As I intend to share with you further tarte flambée recipes and I don’t want to write everytime the dough recipe, I thought I do a separate blog post just for it. That is all I have to say about this blog post :)
You need:
250
g wheat flour
½
cube fresh yeast
125
ml lukewarm water
½
tsp sugar
60
g butter
½
tsp salt
This is how we proceed:
Put flour into a bowl, make a hole, crumble the yeast and mix with the water and sugar. Cover the bowl and put it aside in a warm place, for 10 minutes.
Melt the butter over low heat, then put it aside.
Add salt and butter and knead thoroughly. Cover and let rise in a warm place for another 45 minutes.
