Actually, I was planed to post another recipe today. But there have been several requests for the vegan tomato pesto, so I've decided to publish the recipe today. As I said, the recipe is vegan, it does not contain cheese or vegan cheese. But take a look at the recipe.

g hazelnut

ml olive oil

Preparation
time: 15 minutes
This is how we proceed:
Fry hazelnuts for 1 minute in a pan without oil. Peel and halve garlic. Place hazelnuts in the jug of chopper and chop. Add dried tomatoes and garlic and mince. Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil and mix. Season with pepper.
Serve with pasta, zoodles or as a spread.
