morning! What do you say about some delicious pancakes for breakfast? I've got
a recipe from the book “1 Dough - 100 pancakes, waffles and crepes" for
you. I can tell you that my choice was not easy. But I had to decide...so today
we have mini pancakes with maple syrup.
We need:
150
g wheat flour
1
½ tsp baking powder
1
pinch of salt
250
ml buttermilk
1
egg
2
tbsp melted butter
maple
syrup, for serving
How do we proceed:
Sieve flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
Add buttermilk and stir.
Then add the egg and stir.
Then add the butter and stir until you have a smooth dough. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Grease a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Using a spoon pour some dough and fry until small bubbles form on the surface.
Turn on the other side and fry also golden brown.
