Hello meat fans! As you can tell from the title, today I have a recipe for you. When I discovered the chanterelles on the market, I had to buy it. Then I read various recipes and decided for this one. I think I made a good choice and I hope you share my opinion.
We need:
250
g beef meat
200
g chanterelles
2-3

75
g dices bacon

This is how we proceed:
Cut meat in thin slices.
Clean, wash and drain the chanterelles.
Wash spring onions and cut into rings.
In a pan without oil fry the bacon crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
Add onion and chanterelles, heat them and deglaze with vinegar.
