Saturday, January 25, 2014
I've finally dared to try out green smoothies! I can’t tell you why I was so afraid that it would not taste. I thought that green smoothies can’t taste good. I think it's no secret that I love rice pudding. I like the classic version with cinnamon that reminds me of my childhood, but also more exotic versions such as coconut milk rice pudding with mango or even saffron rice pudding with blueberries and chocolate. When I discovered the recipe in the October issue of Servus, I had to try it. It is tasty, so today I share the recipe with you

Creamy hot chocolate
Monday, January 13, 2014
Is there anything better to do on a cold winter evening than reading a good book and drinking a glass of red wine or a hot chocolate? I'm a little bookworm and I have almost always a book with me. Whenever I have some time, I read. Mostly I read in the subway when I go to work or in the city or on my way back home. It does not matter if I have only 5 minutes. And sometimes, when the book is so exciting and I don't want to let it out of hand, then I also read at home over a glass of good wine or a hot chocolate.
Roasted chicken a Jamie Oliver
Friday, January 10, 2014

So we had roasted chicken, red cabbage and this delicious yogurt cake for dessert. The roasted chicken is cooked after a recipe from Jamie Oliver and tastes very, very good. The meat is very tender, just perfect. And now I’ll tell you the recipe.

Hello
and happy New Year. After all the heavy food we have taken to us over the
holidays, it is now the time to eat healthier. We do want to keep our bikini
figure, right? Therefore, I will show you a few healthy, low calorie dishes in
the future. We begin with today's court - goat cheese with pomegranate. I know
that not everyone likes goat cheese, but I really like the combination of goat
cheese and pomegranate.
