Roasted chickpeas


Hello my dears! Today I want to show you an idea for a healthy snack. Everyone wants to nibble something in the evening when they are watching a movie. When I want to have a snack I eat either nachos or homemade chips. And now I have tried something new: roasted chickpeas. Yes, you read that right...chickpeas...they taste great not only as humus but also as snack. This snack is made so easy and it does not take so much time. And here's the proof:


You need:


1 can chickpeas
1-2 tbsp oil
paprika
salt


How do we proceed:


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C degrees.
  2. Wash chickpeas well and let them dry on a clean dish towel or paper towel. Add peas in a bowl and mix with 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Add paprika and salt and mix everything well.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chickpeas on it. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Flip the peas in the oven now and then in order to get an even toasting.
