Good morning! I hope your Christmas holidays were great! Tomorrow is New Year's Eve! Can you believe it? I don’t! Another year has passed and we have celebrated smaller or larger successes. Or not. I have a last recipe for you this year. These is the recipe for the mushrooms tartelettes...a quick, simple but very delicious recipe...just as you are used.
You need:
1 roll butter puff pastry
1 tbsp butter
300 g mixed mushrooms,
cleaned and sliced
salt
pepper
25g Parmesan, finely grated
some parsley leaves, chopped
1 garlic clove, finely
chopped
1 egg yolk, beaten
This is how we proceed:
Heat oven to 180°C.
Roll the pastry out on a floured surface and cut out circles with the help of a glass. Using a knife or a smaller glass carve a 1 cm border around the edge of each tartelette. Leave to chill on a lined baking tray in the fridge.
Heat a large frying pan until hot, then add the butter and fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove puff pastry from the fridge. Spread the mushrooms into the center circle.
