It is time again for a main course recipe. This time I have potatoes pan recipe for you. This is a recipe that I cook often. Especially on weekends, because then I have more time to cook. While the potatoes are cooking, I do some housework. Then again some cooking and you can already enjoy this delicious main dish.
You need:

g bacon

paprika
rosemary

This is how we proceed:
Put the potatoes in a saucepan and boil for 30-40 minutes. Peel and cut potatoes into slices. Peel onion and also cut into slices.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and fry the bacon for 2-3 minutes. Add onion and fry another 3 min. Remove bacon and onion mixture from the pan and place on a plate.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and fry the bacon for 2-3 minutes. Add onion and fry another 3 min. Remove bacon and onion mixture from the pan and place on a plate.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and fry at medium heat the potato slices for 10 minutes until golden. Season with the salt, pepper, rosemary and paprika.
Add bacon and onion mixture and fry for another 5 minutes.
