Ingredients:
- 5-6 medium potatoes
- 3-4 tbsp oil
- oil for frying
- Spices (e.g. pepper, pizza seasoning, garlic, salt)
Preparation:
Wash the potatoes well, peel them and cut into thin slices. Add them in a bowl with fresh, cold water and let them there for about 15 minutes (so they will be crispy).
Mix oil and spices in a bowl and add the potatoes.
