Here is a simple but delicious recipe. It is not really a salad but more a spread.
- 2 cans of mushrooms
- 2-3 garlic cloves (or more, depends on your taste)
- 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise (or more, depends on your taste)
- salt
Preparation:
Wash dry and chop the mushrooms. Press the garlic or finely chop it and add to the mushrooms. Salt it. Add the mayonnaise and stir well. And ready is the spread.
