In the skin roasted potatoes with feta cheese



Hello my dears! Today I cooked for my boyfriend something easy but tasty. In the skin roasted potatoes with feta cheese. In 5 minutes there was nothing left. 


Ingredients:
  • 500 g large potatoes
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 100 g Emmentaler
  • 1 onion
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil




    Preparation:

    Preheat the oven at 150°C degrees.

    Wash potatoes well and dry. Then rub the potatoes with oil and place in the oven for one hour. If you sting them with a fork and it goes really easy, then they're done.



    Once the potatoes are done, take them out from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes. After they have cooled, a cross is carved into each potato. Take out the content and put them into the blender (my friend does not have a blender, so I used the immersion blender). Add the cheese and onion. Mix all until a paste is formed. Season with salt and pepper.


    Fill the potatoes with the paste and place a piece of Emmental cheese on the slot.


    Give the potatoes for another 5 minutes in the oven (until the Emmental melts) and then serve.
