Hi. Today I prepared a chicken soup. It is a Romanian version and I hope you will like it.
Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast
- 2 carrots
- 2 parsley root
- 250 g sour cream
- 4 egg yolks (at room temperature)
- 1 onion
- green bell pepper
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 hot peppers in vinegar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Preparation:
Wash the chicken well. Peel the vegetables. Put the chicken in a pot filled with water and bring to a boil.
After the meat is cooked, give away the foam. Then add the vegetables and continue cooking until the vegetables are tender.
In the meantime, mix the egg yolks and the sour cream together.
Cut the hot pepper and the garlic into small pieces.
After the meat and the vegetables are cooked, the broth will be sieved into another pot. Add the peppers and garlic cloves. Rub the carrots and the parsley roots finely, cut the peppers into small cubes and add them to the soup.
Add the egg- sour cream mixture and stir. So that the mixture does not coagulate, it must first be brought to the same temperature as the broth. To do this, add 4-5 ladle of broth to the mixture. This is done successively and after each spoon of broth you must stir it with a fork.
Cut the meat into small pieces and add to the soup.
In the end season with salt, pepper and vinegar.
And the soup is ready. Very simple, right?
